Judgement

Judgement:  we all at one time judge one another; judge ourselves.

Being Empathic, I have sensed this judgement in all its forms.

The middle class man judges the single mother on the benefit, as lazy and a drain on society’s resources.  The man who is poor judges the man who is rich as cold; just out for himself and a part of the system that traps him.

A woman walks down the street with her hair neat, pretty boots and seamless clothes she crosses paths with a group that lives a different kind of lifestyle.  The woman is judged as being asleep, a sheep, and a mindless follower of society’s rules.

A group of ‘hippies’ walk down the street; their clothes are free flowing and mismatched, their hair is ‘wild’ and they walk with bare feet.  The business woman judges the group as aimless with no sense of responsibility or purpose.

The man who walks down the street, tall, dark hair and long dark beard is judged by some as scary… “I wonder if he is a terrorist”.  (Funnily enough another perspective could be he looks like Jesus.)

These are just a few of the judgements I have watched unfold before me and that’s without going into the judgements we have about ourselves.  Judgement clouds so much of the truth of who we are.

The funny thing about judgement is that beyond this mortal coil we are all a part of the God Source - We are all one.  So the things we judge about others and the way we respond to them - the energy we send out to them means we are really judging ourselves.

Judgement is not only an energy that creates disharmony as it is sent out, but it is an energy that turns inward also.  It says “this is unacceptable to me”.   You have automatically set up an unloving space within yourself which spreads out to others.

Judgement creates distance and disconnection from the source.  Even when you are judging yourself, it is a disconnection from the source because in truth, you are perfect in God’s eyes.  That is a Universal truth.

When you judge another it is actually an opportunity; an opportunity to reflect and discover the blockages and resistances we have to fully loving ourselves and by extension everyone else.

For everyone else that we judge, even in passing, is merely a reflection of unclaimed, unaccepted and unloved aspects of ourselves.

Look at your judgements of others as clues to help you be more loving to yourself and to others.

For in truth our essence is love and it is our true nature no matter what style of dress we wear or how we present to the world, no matter the station we occupy in life, no matter our circumstances or the personalities we have chosen to wear this lifetime, we are the same.  We are one.  We are love and we are perfect in that love.

Judgement v Discernment

We all judge another or a circumstance in our lives, sometimes we can be very judgemental and at other times we manage to remember who we are and why we are here and hold back on our spoken opinions, if not our thoughts.

We are told “Judge not lest you judge yourself” and “people in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones”.  All wise counsel as for the most part our outer circumstances and the people in our lives are a reflection of what is within us; that which is pure and that which is still in need of transformation.

So if it is not good to judge another, an event or circumstance  how are we to get on in this world where so many things seem to require our opinion or “heaven forbid” our judgement.

It gets a little easier if we remember that judgement has another side – Discernment.

Judgement: condemns, it tears down and it is driven by a multitude of insecurities within the persona of those who judge.  It is an outer reflection of inner fears, insecurities and not feeling enough, of not having enough nurture, of being deprived and it is a deprivation of self-love, self-awareness and self-atonement.  Judgement is oppressive and stems from smallness of mind and vision and emotion.  There is no love in judgement.

Discernment: is more expansive and is inclusive of both the energy of wisdom and love. It allows one to see the flaws in another’s character or deeds and to take appropriate action without being driven to tear another down.  Discernment allows one to read a situation correctly outside the bondage of judgement and therefore allows freedom of action without undue attachment to the end result.  It does not condone wrong doing but it takes the higher perspective and sees what needs to be done for the highest good of all.

Letters to a Soul-mate

For my Passing Companion on the Road of Life

It is not very often we get to look back along our path and see the flowers that have blossomed from the seeds we have planted.

So here it is; a glimpse back to a time you barely remember to let you know the seeds have blossomed and I stand in a field of flowers, a beauty to behold.

Thank you for being God’s Instrument in my life, for the generosity of spirit that filled you in the moments of our togetherness, for being the channel for the wisdoms and the voice I hear in my head sometimes guiding me forward.

Sometimes when we have much woundage and struggles of our own, when the world pushes in on us and our energy is no longer clear we can forget what we came here for, we can forget the truth of our Beings.

I hope that on days like that you remember this and remember the power your small seeds you plant have to create, to create something beautiful that would not have been there otherwise.

I hope you look down at your own feet and appreciate the growth you see there and know that I too shared in that creation.

We each have been guests on each other’s journey to wholeness but the gifts we shared have lingered long after we have parted each other’s company. Thank you for my field of flowers.

I wish you happiness and peace in the journey ahead and hope wherever you are that you are well. That you have strong arms to enfold you, a warm breast to lay your head upon, healthy food to fill your belly and a good pair of shoes to walk through life in.

Limitations Transformed

I think of the frustration of not getting to that party, or being restricted by illness, energy sensitivities, or financial situations.  I think of how these factors shape my life and I feel peace for a moment.  I have been forced to sit, I have been made to listen, I have had nothing to do but learn.  I have learned of myself, of nature, of God, of energy and of Love.  Great…divine…powerful…Love. And as you sit and you suffer in the frustration of restriction, you too shall be opened to the truth and potency of what lies within you.  You shall rise up in spirit and feel the strength of it in you and flowing from you, ready to birth into existence something of greatness.  It makes no difference whether you know or understand what this greatness is for I can tell you now.  The foundation of this splendour and power is you dearest one!  You!  You together, with Divine Spirit.

For every time you have felt helpless; for every time you feel you have failed, or you have sunk into the humanness of your existence; for every sin you feel you have committed or every handicap you think you can’t overcome - The fuel of the fire of your soul has been stoked!  You have the energy, beauty and power of the phoenix rising within you.  Your soul will rise.  You will shine through and share yourself with the world.  Discover who you are dearest one.  For you are more than you think, more than you have already known.  It is a journey into new territory for all.  There are signatures and inter-dimensional patterns and expressions of who we are awakening now.  Bringing into reality more of who we are than has ever been possible before.  Choose who you are, choose who you would like to be and call this forward into existence.  For now is the time to become; to become who you are. Be the dream, and live the dream of yourself.

Living a Spiritual Life in 3D

There are some days, if you can, it’s best to just stay at home and relax.  This is particularly true for the empathic, the one who is so sensitive that they pick up on all the energies and vibrations around them and quickly find themselves overwhelmed.

Sometimes, these souls just need a day at home, to rest and regain their strength away from the unfolding dramas in the rest of the world.

These souls need to learn, and to learn quickly in this time of transition that before they leave the relative sanctuary of their bedroom, to clear their day of all negative energies that are likely to impact on them.

They also need to heal their own inner wounds as negative energies and experiences tend to magnetize to these, and small niggles become major emotional and mental episodes.

It is because of its very nature that an empathetic episode is often confused by both the empathetic and any witnesses as an unjustified extreme emotional outburst.  However, if the external energies - past lives of other people, earth and elemental energies, animal trauma etc, that the person is holding are cleared, balance is quickly restored.

After experiencing an empathetic episode, a person can be extremely fatigued, and depending on its severity they can have scars on their auric field.

During this transition more and more people are going to become either highly sensitized or empathetic.  It is an opportunity to heal that within which no longer serves them or their journey in the new energy.  For the majority - when they heal that which is within, the rest becomes just noise, and they will no longer have to endure the mental and emotional feelings held by others.

The true empathetic healer, of which there are not many, will continue to take these negative energies within their own energy body and transform them.  However, they too will have an easier time of it if they heal their own wounds first, and if the rest of humanity chooses to, to look within and heal itself.
