The truth of your Being
There is a chasm of inner disbelief to be crossed before repeatedly saying ‘I Love me’ becomes an unshakeable inner decision to love one’s self, that sees it become a core reality, that is then manifested as an outer reality.
There are so many of us that do not truly love ourselves. We may say we do but, our actions and our everyday speech says otherwise.
Many martyr themselves to the wants of others in order to consciously and/or unconsciously prove their worth; that they have value and they are good and deserve to be loved.
They empty themselves out in this process but, continue to give of themselves out of this emptiness and then they begin to feel resentful because their efforts seem to have gone largely unappreciated or have not gained the desired results.
As resentment sets in they create within them an inner dialogue of self-chastisement and self-judgement for feeling resentful. They push themselves to be there even more for others; that they may not appear to be less than loving in their own eyes and the eyes of others.
To Love one’s self is to recognise the truth of their being. To see within and know they are divine. There is no need to prove to the world that they are worthy of being loved. They are loved.
All Souls were born of the Supreme God and this God is in essence LOVE. Every Soul has a Divine Blueprint and this is also in essence a Blueprint of Love; full of every potential that could ever exist.
So at the core of every being, is LOVE. This is the truth, no matter the form they have taken in this incarnation, no matter their deeds, dark or otherwise, no matter their past; at the core of every being is the essence of Divine Love.
All else that is not of this truth is simply a forgetfulness; a great divide between the truth and one’s perceptions, created over the many incarnations of a Soul’s journey through cultural conditioning, past life traumas imprinted on their energetic makeup, overlays, energetic interference, Karma etc.
To get back to the Truth of our being that we are love; to feel that love flow through us giving us the strength and freedom to be the unique being that we are, often requires us to first change our mental and emotional patterning.
This can take time. It begins with the decision every day to love one’s self through action, thought and speech; to begin each day with the words: I love me.
To know that in repeatedly doing so you are making a commitment to yourself that will help change not only your life but, the world, for this love is not a selfish love.
When you truly love yourself then you add to the Love in the world and only good will flow from this; for you love yourself to wholeness and in doing so you add to the wholeness of the world.
I love me and I love you.
When you love yourself you are able to say to another, I love you. You are able to come from a space that is full and overflowing and you will not be emptied out in the saying or in the action and there will be no room for any self-defeating inner dialogue of judgements or criticisms.
Every time that you decide to make this commitment to the truth of yourself and every time you verbally acknowledge this truth you create a vibration and in the repetition of this truth; you build the vibration of self-love. When this vibration reaches critical mass, it will become a frequency. That is when you will see the outer manifestation of this love reflected back to you and your life will begin to change, for Love is powerful.
Affirmation: I choose to love myself and when I love myself, this love will be reflected back to me for all the world to see. I will know love, feel loved and I will be free to be all that I am.
